By submitting this electronic registration form for Eight Winds Festival 2011, I, for myself, my heirs, my executors, my administrators, my trustees, and any and all successors in interest, fully and forever waive and release any and all rights and claims for any injuries and damages, including but not limited to demands or actions for negligence, premises liability, emotional injury, intentional conduct, resulting in unintended injury or damage tort claims, any other actions or demands of whatsoever nature, to the fullest extent permitted by law, I may have against (1) Eight Winds Festival 2011; (2) Ar nDraiocht Fein; (3) Prosser Resevoir Group Campground; (4) Tahoe National Forest; (5) Larrea Tridentata Grove, ADF; (5) Feather River Grove, ADF; (6) Sierra Madrone Grove, ADF; (7) all sponsors of Eight Winds;and (8) all employees, principals, directors, shareholders, agents, members, managers, affiliates, volunteers, officials, and representatives acting for or on behalf of any of these entities. I acknowledge that I am aware of the inherent risks involved in the event, and I voluntarily assume these risks. I understand that the organizers of Eight Winds Festival reserve the right to reject my registration and further reserve the right to change the details of the event without prior notice. I understand that my entry fee is also non-refundable and that registration fees are not transferable.

Adults (14 and older) - $40
Children (6-13) - $20
Children 5 and under - No charge
Food Program:
Adult (14 and older) - $60
Children (6-13) - $30
Children 5 and under - No charge with paying adult
There will be no meal plan registrations allowed after June 16th.
Additional materials fees may apply for children participating in children's events.
Prepayment is required for these rates. There will be no refunds, substitutions, transfers or exchanges.
