Vendor information and application

Booth Fees: $20 + one item donated to our auction
(includes one free registration & $10 off a second registration)
Maximum 2 vendors per booth.  No more than one booth per vendor.

Booth Size: 10' x 10'
You are responsible for bringing your own canopy, tables, chairs, etc. 
No electricity will be available.
No food or drink may be sold. 

Please ensure that the area is clean and tidy when you leave.

Due to the ongoing drought and the resulting high fire danger, fire of any kind will NOT be allowed in the vending area. 
Fees:
1 Vendor: $20 (booth + free registration)
2 Vendors or 1 Vendor + 1 Assistant: $40 (booth + free/discount registrations)

ADF’s Eight Winds Festival 2015 - Vendor Application

Booth fees and item donations will be due once you get inside the event center (the people at the gate will have a list of approved vendors and any required reg fees that are due); vendors should see the event staff at the registration booth upon arrival to sign in & get your booth location.
