Brunch
Brunch will be served on Saturday and Sunday mornings from 7-11:30am with a continental breakfast served on Monday morning.
Brunch will consist of Spanish omelets, mushroom or broccoli quiche, bagels and cream cheese, muffins, fruit, hot cereal, cold cereal, juice, coffee, tea, and milk.
Sandwich bar will consist of turkey, roasted beef, monterey jack, colby jack, cheddar, letruce, pickles, and condiments. Salad will also be available.
Dinner
Friday
Baked Mac 'n Cheese - Home made baked macaroni and cheese, broccoli slaw, green salad and bread.
Vegan mac and 'cheese" available with advance registration.
Saturday
Sausage gratin - Home made smoked apple/Gouda sausage gratin, green beans, green salad and bread.
Vegan smoked apple sausage (Jessie's special seitan) gratin available with advance registration.
Sunday
Coq au Vin
- Braised chicken, bacon, fingerling potatoes, roasted carrots, and mushrooms in a wine sauce. Green salad and bread.
Vegan roasted seitan "chik'n" breast with roasted potatoes and carrots availble with advance registration.
Pre-registration is highly recommended we will be pre-purchasing and pre-preparing this food and will not be able to go to the store to purchase additional items.
Vegetarian options available only with pre-registration. Please tell us if you are a vegetarian or vegan in advance by indicating that in the "Dietary Restrictions" box of the registration form below.
