ADF at PantheaCon
Every President's Day weekend (February) at the Doubletree Hotel in San Jose, CA,
the Druids of ADF's Northwest Region host a fantastic hospitality suite at PantheaCon.
ADF does not cover the expenses related to the suite;
that is made possible by the donations of members and visitors like you.
If you would like to donate to help cover the costs, please contact the Regional Druid. Thanks!

10a - Suite Opens!
Stop by and say hello :)
1p - Pagan Pastoral Care - Sarah Nimmo
Pastoral care has typically been viewed as part of the Christian milieu but pagan groups have been performing pastoral care,
and doing so well, for generations. We now have the need to establish pagan pastoral care, and pagan pastoral counselors as an official
and supported part of our tradition. We also have the ability and resources to garner and maintain the kind of pastoral care that our elders, warriors, communities, and children need. This discussion will cover pagan pastoral care needs and issues,
as well as the resources and supports that can help us fulfill these needs
3p - On Being the Bishop - Teo Bishop
Before Teo Bishop was a blogger and ADF Druid, he was recording artist, Matt Morris.
Join him to discuss what motivated that transition, and find out what's next for his music.
7p - Teen activity: Cell Phone Photo Scavenger Hunt (with prizes!)
Charge up your cell phone, teens, and be prepared to wander the hotel, hunting for certain people, places and things to photograph!
But it won't be that simple; come find out what we have in store! The hunt will begin at 7pm sharp, so be on time! :)
2a - Suite Closes
See you tomorrow! :)
Monday 18 February
No scheduled activities - suite will be open until checkout time
** With the express permission of PantheaCon,
the ADF PantheaCon ritual will be filmed with a small, stationary videocam-on-tripod for use in
the Core Order of Ritual workshop that will follow the ritual back in the ADF suite.
PLEASE DO NOT LET THIS PREVENT YOU FROM JOINING US!
There will be plenty of off-camera seating that will be clearly marked,
as well as a diagram outside the door showing where the camera is and which seats are which.
In addition, you will be able to check for yourself what the camera has on-screen before we begin,
and the camera will not begin recording until the ritual is ready to commence -
your privacy is important to us!
++ With the express permission of PantheaCon,
